Dan began his radio career in Cambridge, Ohio in 1967. He spent two years on active duty in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1970.

Returning to the radio business following his service in the Navy, Dan worked as a broadcaster in Indiana, and Arizona before coming to Bakersfield in 1984.

He was the popular morning show host on Country Music powerhouse KUZZ. In 1987 Dan joined KBAK TV 29 as the Weatherman on Eyewitness News. Beginning in 1989 he was the Weekend Weatherman on Fox TV 11 in Los Angeles.

Dan became the local voice on 88.3 Life FM in 1999. As a published author, Dan’s first novel, The Missing: The Andromeda Connection, has been receiving positive reviews.

The story centers on investigative reporter Robert Wallace as he uncovers the truth about the aftereffects of the Rapture.
