Spending your Saturday afternoon with Matt Pelishek is like hanging out with your funniest, most encouraging friend—the one who always knows just what to say to lift your spirits.
With over 20 years experience in radio, Matt is just now figuring out what most of the buttons do (still unclear how microphones work). His love for pizza is unrivaled, and usually paired with 80s action movies.
He married way out of his league, and loves the title of girl dad with his 3 daughters.
Over the years he has also held titles from youth pastor, to self-defense instructor, to Walmart truck unloader.
He has been with Life FM for over 15 years, and launched the Afternoon Joy Ride over 10 years ago. “I’m not the guy who has all the answers, but I hope to be someone that through my own ups and downs, wins and struggles, can be someone others relate to and can be encouraged by.”
